We build simple, professional one-page websites for small businesses, and we provide demonstration pages — such as our instant text alert demo — that show how a lead form can notify a business owner by text message.

Demo pages on this Site are examples. Forms on demo pages send real text alerts to the account holder for evaluation purposes only, and submitting them does not create a customer relationship with us.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not submit false or misleading information, use the forms to harass or send unwanted messages to anyone, attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, or use automated tools to submit forms repeatedly.

Text alerts submitted through demo forms are delivered to the business owner's phone. Anyone who receives unwanted messages may reply STOP to opt out, and we reserve the right to block numbers that abuse the forms.

Website build services are offered at a flat price of $99, payable in full or as a $49.50 deposit with the balance due on delivery. Work begins after the deposit is received and typically completes within a few business days, depending on the content you provide.

You are responsible for providing the text, images, and other content for your website, and you confirm you have the right to use everything you send us. Two rounds of reasonable revisions are included; additional revisions or features may be quoted separately.

Once your final payment is received, the website we build for you is yours, including the content you supplied. We retain the right to display finished work in our portfolio and to reuse our own underlying code, templates, and design techniques.

By submitting a form that triggers a text alert, you consent to receive text messages related to your request. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.

The Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that submitted alerts will always be delivered — carriers, phone carriers' spam filters, and messaging providers are outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or other indirect damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page with its last-updated date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA.
